ALPHABET AND DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CONSONANTS AND VOWELS.

English language start with its letters!! So there are 26 letters out of which 21 are consonants and 5 are vowels. What are consonants? Consonants are the letters that we can't speak untill our lips touch together. For e.g say 'b','z'.

On the other hand!! What are vowels? Well in the English language there are five main vowels that are "a,e,i,o,u". Lips don't touch together while speaking vowels.

But there are 44 sounds in total out of which 20 are vowels/diphthongs and 24 are consonant.
